Clean and wash the sabudana.

Soak them in enough water just to immerse it well.

After 2-3 hours sabudana will absorb the water and will become soft.

Add a little more water and leave it some time, if needed.You can check whether sago have absorbed the water or not by pressing it with your fingers, it will be soft, Set aside.

Roast peanuts till it gets crunchy.

Take a mixing bowl add sago,peanut powder,mashed potato,jeera, ginger paste, green chilli, lime juice,sugar, coriander leaves and required salt.

Mix the mixture well until it forms together.

Pinch lemon sized ball and shape them into vadas.

Make all the vadas ready.

Heat oil in a wok add the sago vadas , carefully turn over and cook till golden brown on both sides.

Cook it in medium flame to avoid burning.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
