Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degree Celsius).

Grease baking pan with the butter.

Place 2tbls flour in the pan and tap it around to coat pan and throw excess flour away.

Baking pan is ready to bake. Now take a mixing bowl and add the wheat flour.

Add vanilla protein powder, oats and a teaspoon of baking powder.

In the same mixing bowl sift the unsweetened cocoa powder.

Now take another bowl and let's mix the wet ingredients together.

Mash the banana with the help of a fork. Then add Greek yoghurt.

Now add the cottage cheese and brown sugar and stir to combine it.

Add a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and a small pinch of baking soda.

Mix all the wet ingredients well.

Now add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently stir into brownie batter.

Now heat the milk in microwave for 2 minutes.

Add the dark chocolate to the hot milk and let it melt.

With in 2 minutes chocolate will melt.

Stir it and add the brownie batter.

Gently fold the mixture again and pour into prepared baking pan. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until just cooked through and the top has set.

Let it cool in room temperature.

Once cool, cut into medium 10 bars.

Enjoy it with a glass of milk or Ice - cream !!
