Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 inch cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove
  • 1/2 black cardamom
  • 1/2 green cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon loose black tea
  • 1  1/2 teaspoon sugar or as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Place a sauce pan on medium heat. Let the water come to a boil.
  2. Add the whole spices cinnamon , black pepper,  clove, black cardamom and green cardamom. Let it boil for 30 seconds.
  3. Add black tea powder.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Add grated ginger and boil for 1 min on medium heat.
  6. Then add milk and boil again for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Stir in between.
  7. Filter the tea in a cup and serve with cookies.
