Pumpkin cheesecake parfaits are very easy to make frozen desserts.Pumpkin cheesecake parfaits are no bake dessert and amazing combination of cheesecake and parfait.

Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoon pumpkin puree 75 grams
  • 2 mini tubs of softened cream cheese 70 grams
  • 4 Ginger snap cookies crushed
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ teaspoons vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tub whipped topping Thawed
Instructions
  1. Let's prepare pumpkin cheesecake parfaits
  2. Simplifying the method, first prepare 3 layers.
  3. Layer number 1 - Put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling-pin. Keep it aside.
  4. Layer number 2 - In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and whip it for 20 seconds.
  5. Then add pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla essence.
  6. Mix it till everything gets smooth and creamy.
  7. Transfer pumpkin cream cheese mixture to piping bag.
  8. Layer number 3 - Also transfer whipped cream to piping bag, it makes layering easy.
  9. Now let's arrange the pumpkin cheese cake parfaits.
  10. Take two serving glasses and place crumbled ginger cookies on the bottom.
  11. Layer pumpkin cheesecake mixture and then layer whipped cream.
  12. Repeat this till glass is filled.
  13. Garnish with crumbled ginger cookies and cinnamon sticks.
  14. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
