Pomegranate lassi is a yogurt based smoothie prepared with pomegranate juice. Anar lassi is a quick recipe, can be prepared in just 5 minutes.   • ½ cup of Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup of thick yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoon Honey or sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kewra essence or rose water
  • A few pistachios to garnish
  • A few pomegranate seeds to garnish
  1. First grind the pomegranate seeds in a mixer jar.
  2. Then sieve the juice to get rid of any crushed seeds.
  3. Chop few pistachios and save rest for garnishing.
  4. Now in a big mixer bowl add yogurt, pomegranate juice, pistachios,cardamom and honey.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
  6. For this step you can also use hand blender, it makes blending easy.
  7. Now you will see that froth has formed on the top of the lassi and that's the correct stage. Pour into individual glasses.
  8. Garnish with crushed Pistachios and few pomegranate seeds.
  9. Serve it chilled.
  10. Enjoy!!
