First put a medium saucepan on heat.

Bring the water to a boil.

Add star anise, cardamom pods and cloves.

Boil for a minute.

Switch off the flame now.

Now remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Place the tea bags, in the water, and make sure they are completely submerged in water.

Steep for 15 minutes.

Now remove the tea bags, star anise, and cloves by using a strainer or a spoon.

Add the sugar and stir until it's completely dissolved.

Let the tea cool to room temperature.

Add ice to the serving glass and pour the prepared tea into the glasses.

Note- Tall glasses are recommended.

Fill each glass 3/4 of the way full with tea. Top up the remaining glass with half n half.

Stir to combine.

Enjoy your drink immediately.
