Chocolate Avocado ice cream is healthy, creamy, requires no ice cream maker, can be prepared in just 5 minutes (except freezing time) with lot's Nutella swirls. You will not believe how simple and delicious it is !

ripe Hass avocado
around 180 grams , seeded and peeled

200 grams sweetened condensed milk

Vanilla essence

Lemon juice

Mint sprig

150 grams Nutella

Puree avocado in a blender for 2 minutes or until it becomes smooth.

Then add condensed milk, vanilla essence, lemon juice and mint sprig ( if using ) into blender. Whirl everything till it gets nice creamy consistency.

Pour half the mixture into a rectangle ice cream container or loaf tin. Basically you can use any container of any shape.

Microwave Nutella for 20-25 seconds on high until slightly softened. Drizzle the mixture in Step3 with half of Nutella.

Pour the remaining ice cream mixture over top of Step4. Drizzle with rest of Nutella. Swirl with a knife.

Cover loaf tin with plastic wrap and freeze 6-8 hours or until firm.
If you wish to unmold and slice the ice cream, line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Otherwise use loaf tin as it is.
Instead of avocado you can use banana or any other fruit which is available and just the follow the recipe.
