In a mixer jar, add frozen pineapple and honey. Whiz it up for 2-3 minutes till both ingredients incorporates together.

In a large bowl add fresh whipping cream and whip it until the soft peaks forms.

Add pineapple and honey mixture into whipped cream and fold it until fully incorporated.

Once the mixture is ready shift it to a container (here I have used loaf pan). Level the mixture. Place it in a freezer for 1 to 2 hours to become firm.

I have presented this pineapple ice cream in shell for which take a pineapple, cut it into half equal portions. Take one part, scoop all the flesh out which could also used as fresh pineapple bits and the pineapple shell is ready for ice cream.

Take the ice cream out and beat it little with whisk or spatula to break ice crystals.

Then transfer the ice cream mixture to shell and freeze again for 5- 6 hours or overnight.
