First grind rolled oats to a fine powder in a grinder.

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients except the chocolate and desiccated coconut .

Start mixing with help of fingers. This step is little messy.

You can also use a food processor for this step.

Mix everything together until it starts to get clumpy.

You may adjust the milk quantity. If mixture is too dry add the milk little more.

if your mix is too wet, add in some more coconut flour.

Line up a dish with desiccated coconut.

Now shape the mixture into bars (you can do it with hands) and roll them in dessicated coconut.

Keep bars aside.

Here is a tip- Make sure that your hands are wet else mixture will stick.

Now melt dark chocolate in microwave.

Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on minimum possible power for 50 seconds.

You will see that chocolate has turned to shiny.

Take it out and stir with fork.

Pour the chocolate on bars and cover bars from three sides and put them aside on a parchment paper to get the chocolate hard.

You can also put them in fridge for half an hour.
