Eggless chocolate chip cookies recipe - Thick, large, crispy from outside and chew inside, perfectly flaky cookies with loads of chocolate chips to enjoy with a glass of chilled milk.

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chip
  1. Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for at least 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl add butter and coconut oil. Mix it with a wired whisk for 2 minutes.
  2. Step 2. Add white granulated sugar and brown sugar. Whisk mixture for about 5 minutes. You can use hand mixer to beat it. After 5 minutes of beating it will start to fluff.
  3. Step 3. Then add vanilla essence and milk. Mix it again.
  4. Step 4. You can see here how fluffy and airy the mixture has become.
  5. Step 5. Sift dry ingredients all purpose flour and baking soda together in fluffy mixture.
  6. Step 6. With a slotted spatula mix it to combine thoroughly. Then add and fold chocolate chips in.
  7. Step 7.Once the cookie dough is done, keep it in refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes to cool. The sticky dough will turn hard enough to handle. Adjust the oven rack to middle position.
  8. Step 8. Line parchment paper on a baking tray. Take out the cookie dough and divide it into 9 equal dough balls. Roll them round.
  9. Step 9. Place each round roll at least 2- 3 inch apart. Press slightly with the back of spoon to form disc shape.
  10. Step 10. Bake them for 8 -10 minutes at 180 degree celsius until becomes golden in colour around the edges.  Take them out and let them stand for 10 minutes to cool.
