Ingredients
  • 6 fresh ripe figs peeled
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
For garnishing
  • A few fig slices for the glass
  • A few chopped pistachio
Instructions
  1. In a blender jar first puree figs. Take out a tablespoon of puree to decorate glass. 

  2. Then in the same blender, add honey and milk. Blend until frothy. 

  3. Garnish glass with fig puree and fig slices. Pour the drink and serve immediately. 

Recipe Notes

You can add dry fruits like almonds, dates and pistachio in the milkshake.
