Dill sauce is very delicious tangy sauce made with yogurt, dill leaves and lemon. It is a great way to replace mayonnaise in your meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek-style plain full-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped dill leaves
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground white pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix yogurt with chopped cucumber and dill leaves.
  2. Add lemon juice and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the healthy dill sauce with any patties of your choice.
  5. If you are not going to use it instantly keep it refrigerated.
Recipe Notes

In this recipe you can add any vegetable you like.

You can also use normal yogurt if Greek yogurt is not available.

A pinch of chili makes it more flavorful.
