Dill sauce is very delicious tangy sauce made with yogurt, dill leaves and lemon. It is a great way to replace mayonnaise in your meal.

Greek-style plain full-fat yogurt

fresh chopped dill leaves

cucumber
thinly sliced

Salt to taste

Ground white pepper

Mix yogurt with chopped cucumber and dill leaves.

Add lemon juice and minced garlic.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the healthy dill sauce with any patties of your choice.

If you are not going to use it instantly keep it refrigerated.
In this recipe you can add any vegetable you like.
You can also use normal yogurt if Greek yogurt is not available.
A pinch of chili makes it more flavorful.
