Microwave Vanilla Cake Recipe is moist, airy classic vanilla cake made in 2 minutes. I have to admit that this is the easiest and tastier cake recipe I have ever made.

Course: Dessert
Cuisine: International
Servings: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or 1 tablespoon sugar + 1 generous pinch of stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5-6 drops vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons milk or dairy free milk
  • 4 tablespoons self raising flour or all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Funfetti sprinkles
Instructions
  1. In a microwavable glasses or jars, melt butter to liquid state.
  2. Add in the sugar, vanilla extract, milk and vinegar, mix until just combined.
  3. In the jar add flour, salt and baking powder. Stir to combine it together.
  4. Microwave for roughly 1 minute 40 seconds or until firm to the touch (timing is based on my 900 Watts Microwave so your timing may vary).
  5. Serve warm with frosting or ice cream and sprinkle funfetti on top. Enjoy!
