Corn chaat is a quick and easy recipe to satiate cravings for chaat any time. This chaat is not even easy but healthy also as it does n't uses any oil and butter. Now, let's see how to make street style corn chaat at home.

steamed sweet corn kernels

black salt as per taste

First pan fry the sweet kernels about 2 minutes.

Once they turn nice and warm remove them from heat.

Add all the veggies capsicum, carrot, tomato and onion.Give a nice toss.

Add all the spices pepper powder, red chili powder, chat masala and black salt. Mix it again.

Now add the lime juice depending on how tangy you like and mint leaves if you are using them.

Lastly add sev on the top.

Serve delicious corn chaat with any drink of your choice.
