Cut the potatoes in finger shape wedges and parboil them for 7 min. Potato fingers will get translucent,switch off the flame and drain out the water.

Now take a bowl, add corn flour and salt. Mix it well and keep aside (Due to the moisture potato fingers will get a coating of the mixture).

Add the potatoes to the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Drain out onto a kitchen tissue roll.

Now heat the oil in a heavy bottomed vessel and add the garlic and saute on high flame for few seconds. Add chopped onion until it gets translucent in colour.

Add chopped spring onion, red chili sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar and combine.Then add soya sauce,sesame seeds followed by honey. Mix it well. Cook for a minute.

Now sauce is ready .

Add the fried potatoes fingers and toss for a minute on medium-high flame.Turn off heat.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with spring onion greens or coriander leaves and serve hot.
