Mango iced tea is a perfect, refreshing concoction of tea and mango, served with chilled ice cubes and a sprig of mint.

  • 1 cup or 265 grams Mango Puree
  • 2 black Tea Bags or 2 teaspoon
  • 2 cups or 500 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Honey or Sugar adjust to your preference
  • Ice Cubes as required
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  1. Steeping the tea
  2. Put a sauce pan on medium heat and pour water. Let it come to a boil. Throw in tea bags and turn off the heat. Add honey or sugar and lemon juice to flavour it. Cover the sauce pan with lid and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Chilling the Mango Puree
  4. Place the mango puree in refrigerator for at least 20 minute before serving.
  5. Assembling tea
  6. Take out the tea and mango puree. In a serving glass pour tea and then mango puree. You an adjust the honey and lemon juice. Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves. Serve it chilled.
