Mango milk shake recipe is one of the best mango recipes and falls in same category as some of the most healthy smoothie recipes. Mangoes are healthy and also enriched with vitamin A. Mango has sugar and milk has protein. Combination of both will give your body the best nourishment for the summers. Smooth and creamy mango milkshake is absolutely heavenly!

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup mango pulp or chopped into pieces
  • 1 tbsp chopped mango pieces to garnish
  • 1 ½ cup chilled milk
  • 2 small ice cubes optional
  • 2 tsp brown sugar or White sugar
  • 3-4 drops of Rose water optional
  • A few pistachios to garnish optional
Instructions
  1. Add mango pulp in a blender and blend it thoroughly, then add milk . Please note that milk should be chilled, else it will get spoil.
  2. Then add blend the remaining ingredients like brown sugar, rose water and ice cubes.
  3. Blend till it becomes a smooth mixture.
  4. Take out and serve in glasses. Garnish with pistachios and decorate with mango pieces.
  5. Yummy mango milk shake is ready to serve.
