mango pulp or chopped into pieces

chopped mango pieces to garnish

chilled milk

small ice cubes

brown sugar or White sugar

drops of Rose water

A few pistachios to garnish

Add mango pulp in a blender and blend it thoroughly, then add milk . Please note that milk should be chilled, else it will get spoil.

Then add blend the remaining ingredients like brown sugar, rose water and ice cubes.

Blend till it becomes a smooth mixture.

Take out and serve in glasses. Garnish with pistachios and decorate with mango pieces.
