Strawberry blueberry smoothie is a delicious sweet and mild tangy vegan smoothie made up of berries and healthy chia seeds.

Ingredients
  • 2 cup fresh strawberries or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey or sugar optional
  • 3 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Step 1. Wash and clean strawberries and hull them as mentioned in this strawberry sauce recipe. Clean blueberries as well.
  2. Step 2. Add strawberries, blueberries and chia seeds into a blender. Blend it until becomes smooth. You can also add agave nectar but I didn't add as my strawberries and blueberries were sweet enough.
  3. Step 3. Then add ice cubes in blender and pulse couple of time to crush them. Smoothie will become slushy.
  4. Step 4. Pour into two glasses. Garnish with blueberries, strawberries and chia seeds. Serve it immediately.
