No Bake Pumpkin Parfaits
Pumpkin parfait recipe is very easy to make frozen desserts. I had tasted it for the first time in London few years back. That Pumpkin cheesecake parfaits was really delicious. I can still remember that soft delicate taste.
Halloween is on the way and everyone is thrilled with pumpkin recipes so I thought why not to share these pumpkin parfaits on this Halloween.
Pumpkin cheesecake parfaits are no bake dessert and amazing combination of cheesecake and parfait. In french Parfait means “perfect” and I definitely agree to this meaning. They are the “perfect dessert“. Love this light and fluffy textured dessert. It can be prepared in just 10 minutes.
In this recipe I want to mention some points. I have used ready-made whipped topping but you can prepare it by whipping cream. You can also substitute whipping cream with greek yogurt. It will make it more healthy.
Second thing is If pumpkin pie spice is not available in your place you can prepare homemade pumpkin pie spice. Add 1 tablespoons ground cinnamon, ¾ teaspoons ground ginger, ¾ teaspoons ground nutmeg, ½ teaspoons ground allspice and ½ teaspoons ground cloves. Mix everything and use as required.

Ingredients
5 tablespoon pumpkin puree (75 grams)
2 mini tubs of softened cream cheese ( 70 grams)
4 Ginger snap cookies, crushed
2 tablespoon of honey
½ teaspoons vanilla essence
½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 tub whipped topping, Thawed
Let’s prepare pumpkin parfait
Simplifying the method, first prepare 3 layers.
First layer – Put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling-pin. Keep it aside.
Second layer – In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and whip it for 20 seconds. Then add pumpkin puree, honey , pumpkin pie spice and vanilla essence. Mix it till everything gets smooth and creamy.
Transfer pumpkin cream cheese mixture to piping bag.
Third layer– Also transfer whipped cream to piping bag, it makes layering easy.
Now let’s arrange the pumpkin cheese cake parfaits. Take two serving glasses and place crumbled ginger cookies on the bottom. Layer pumpkin cheesecake mixture and then layer whipped cream. Repeat this till glass is filled.
garnish with crumbled ginger cookies and cinnamon sticks. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!!
