These days smoothie bowls have become all the rage of late. Who would have thought they would be so popular. There are many good reasons which is why smoothies have become trend.

✔ Quick to make
✔Lots of fibre
✔Lots of vitamins
✔For creativity sky is the limit
✔ Its vegan

This papaya smoothie is so delicious that I had finished it 5 minutes. Papaya has super enzymes for healing. So if you are injured or hurt have this smoothie. Also you can add a 1/2 teaspoon turmeric to enhance the antibiotic properties.

In this smoothie I have added papaya and banana. Banana makes smoothie creamy. I have used frozen banana but you can use fresh as well. Top it with your favourite toppings and voila !. Isn’t too easy.

This smoothie can be had in breakfast or brunch.

If  you are looking smoothie, you can have look Strawberry blueberry smoothie, high protein apple smoothie bowl   and Banana berry smoothie
