Strawberry ice cream recipe with step by step instructions – It is no egg, no cook and even made without ice cream maker.
I know winter nights are chilly in Jan but no matter what the weather is, I love to enjoy ice creams on my terrace. There are lots of reasons to have ice creams in winters. They don’t melt easily in winters unlike the summers. And the combination of Home made strawberry ice cream with chocolate sauce is heavenly.
Coming to the recipe, this strawberry ice cream is really quick and easy to make at home. It requires only 5 ingredients. Just take all the ingredients, mix them together and freeze that’s it. This ice cream is very silky and creamy in texture.
I love to make my ice creams and kulfi at home rather than buying at market. It ensures the quality of ingredients used and also satisfaction of feeding my family something good and tasty.
Ingredients
1 cup strawberry puree
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or fresh (chopped)
1 1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup whipping cream or full fat cream(chilled)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8th teaspoon salt
Step by step eggless strawberry ice cream
Step 1. Place a steel bowl and whisk attachment of a hand mixer into the freezer.
Step 2.In a mixing bowl add strawberry puree, condensed milk, salt and vanilla essence. Mix the ingredients till they combine to a mixture.
Step 3. Add chopped strawberry chunks to mixture. Keep the mixture aside.
Step 4. Now take bowl and whisk out of freezer. Pour chilled cream into the bowl. Beat on medium speed until firm peaks form.
Step 5. Once cream is whipped, scrape it into strawberry mixture prepared in step 3. Incorporate cream into mixture by cut and fold method. Do not stir.
Step 6. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. Cover it tightly. You may use clinge film to wrap it tightly. Deep freeze it for 8 hours or over night. Eggless strawberry ice cream is ready to scoop.
