Avocado Ice Cream Without Ice Cream Maker
Chocolate Avocado ice cream is healthy, creamy, requires no ice cream maker, can be prepared in just 5 minutes (except freezing time) with lot’s Nutella swirls. You will not believe how simple and delicious it is !
This post had been in my draft for so long as I could not get time to complete it. I was searching for recipes for summers and I stumbled upon this recipe and hooked upon it. In India summers are getting hotter and every year makes a new highest temperature record. To survive in such hot climate cool drinks and ice creams are worthwhile. This recipe. Avocado ice cream recipe with Nutella swirl is apt for this hot season. I can give you some reasons why you should try it.
1. It is healthy ice cream as it is made from delicious Hass avocado.
2. It is no churn ice cream. It doesn’t require ice cream maker so anyone can make it at home.
3. It requires just 5 ingredients. Major is condensed milk, avocado and Nutella.

Ingredients
1 ripe Hass avocado (around 180 grams) , seeded and peeled
1/2 can (200 grams) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Mint sprig, chopped, optional
1/2 cup (150 grams) Nutella
Step by step on avocado ice cream
Step 1. Puree avocado in a blender for 2 minutes or until it becomes smooth.
Step 2. Then add condensed milk, vanilla essence, lemon juice and mint sprig ( if using ) into blender. Whirl everything till it gets nice creamy consistency.
Step 3. Pour half the mixture into a rectangle ice cream container or loaf tin. Basically you can use any container of any shape.
Step 4. Microwave Nutella for 20-25 seconds on high until slightly softened. Drizzle the mixture in Step3 with half of Nutella.
Step 5. Pour the remaining ice cream mixture over top of Step4. Drizzle with rest of Nutella. Swirl with a knife.
Step 6. Cover loaf tin with plastic wrap and freeze 6-8 hours or until firm.

If you wish to unmold and slice the ice cream, line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Otherwise use loaf tin as it is.
Instead of avocado you can use banana or any other fruit which is available and just the follow the recipe.
