Eggless chocolate chip cookies recipe – Thick, large, crispy from outside and chew inside, perfectly flaky cookies with loads of chocolate chips to enjoy with a glass of chilled milk.
Eggless chocolate chip cookies are the favourite cookies of my family. They are so easy to prepare and no machine is required. I made these cookies using only wired whisk. The idea is to mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. And start baking. Baking time is just 10 minutes. Isn’t that super easy ??
Well, I love to make these bakery style massive cookies at home rather buying it from outside. Coming to the recipe. In this recipe, I have replaced half quantity of butter with cold coconut oil. The cookies texture was so perfect. Soon I will try with only coconut oil and would update here soon.
In this recipe, measure the flour correctly by scooping and leveling with a knife. The amount of chocolate chips is just up to you. I have used dark chocolate chips. For tips and tricks check this egg free cookies recipe.

1. Chocolate chip cookie in a mug no egg recip

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup all purpose flour, heaped
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup dark chocolate chip
Step by step eggless chocolate chip cookies
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for at least 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl add butter and coconut oil. Mix it with a wired whisk for 2 minutes.
Step 2. Add white granulated sugar and brown sugar. Whisk mixture for about 5 minutes. You can use hand mixer to beat it. After 5 minutes of beating it will start to fluff.
Step 3. Then add vanilla essence and milk. Mix it again.
Step 4. You can see here how fluffy and airy the mixture has become.
Step 5. Sift dry ingredients all purpose flour and baking soda together in fluffy mixture.
Step 6. With a slotted spatula mix it to combine thoroughly. Then add and fold chocolate chips in.
Step 7. Once the cookie dough is done, keep it in refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes to cool. The sticky dough will turn hard enough to handle.
Adjust the oven rack to middle position.
Step 8. Line parchment paper on a baking tray. Take out the cookie dough and divide it into 9 equal dough balls. Roll them round.
Step 9. Place each round roll at least 2 inch apart. Press slightly with the back of spoon to form disc shape.
Step 10. Bake them for 8 -10 minutes at 180 degree celsius until becomes golden in colour around the edges. Take them out and let them stand for 10 minutes to cool.
Delicious eggless chocolate chip cookies are ready to serve. Once cool, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
