I have used fresh figs in this figs milkshake recipe. So the most important thing is to peel the figs. Because peeling is bitter and it will spoil the milk.
If you are using the dried figs, you need to soak it first for 1 hour. Other wise it would be difficult to blend them.
Also you can replace honey with dates and add few more dry fruits of your choice.

- 6 fresh ripe figs peeled
- 1 cup chilled milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- A few fig slices for the glass
- A few chopped pistachio

In a blender jar first puree figs. Take out a tablespoon of puree to decorate glass.

Then in the same blender, add honey and milk. Blend until frothy.

Garnish glass with fig puree and fig slices. Pour the drink and serve immediately.
You can add dry fruits like almonds, dates and pistachio in the milkshake.
