Kadai mushroom recipe with step by step pictures
Kadai mushroom recipe is a delicious mushroom curry in indian style. I made this curry four times in my kitchen within a month since i tasted it in a restaurant. I was not a fan of mushroom so I had never tried the mushroom dishes before i prepared it but after this recipe surely I am turning into a die hard mushroom recipes fan ;-). Kadai mushroom is delectable recipe which goes very well with naan, paratha and rice. Now you will find many more mushrooms recipes like stuffed mushrooms, mushroom soup etc on my blog.
Mushrooms are very healthy and provide many of the nutritional attributes more commonly found in meat. Mushrooms are low in calories, fat-free, cholesterol-free, gluten-free, and very low in sodium, yet they provide important nutrients, like selenium, potassium (8%), riboflavin, niacin, vitamin D and more.
Peppers are one of the key ingredients of this mushroom masala recipe, they are cooked with mushroom in thick cream based tomato gravy. I have used home made kadai masala powder which i freshly prepared. The crunchiness of peppers compliment the mushrooms. This dish is really tasty and can be made easily at home. If you like mushrooms then it is definitely a hit. Do try and share with your loved ones.
