Spirulina Chia seeds pudding is delicious overnight vegan pudding which can be prepared in few minutes. No cooking required. This pudding is beautiful as summer, delicious as heaven.
I am such a baffled person when it comes to decide breakfast for the day. I am never able to determine breakfast meals in advance. As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it need to be based on specific requirement for each person in family. This year I am following healthy breakfast ritual every morning. So far it is going well. Today’s recipe is simple overnight Spirulina Chia seeds pudding breakfast. It’s full of nutrients and protein require to start a healthy day. So what are the health benefit in this pudding ?
Spirulina is very good for health. Spirulina is a natural “algae” (cyanbacteria) powder that is incredibly high in protein and a good source of antioxidants, B-vitamins and other nutrients. But always remember that Spirulina should be taken in small quantity.
Chia seeds are well-known superfood. They are rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals.
Fruits, of course, add fibre and gives natural sweetness to the pudding. However, you can try any topping for your pudding.

Spirulina Chia seeds pudding recipe
- 2 table spoons of chia seeds
- 1/2 tea-spoon of Spirulina powder
- 2 tea spoons of maple syrup
- 100 ml mineral or filtered water
- A few redcurrants
- A few raspberries
- 2 apricots chopped
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
- 1 fig

Soak chia seeds in water overnight. Next day you will get swelled chia lump ready to use.

Add Spirulina powder and maple syrup in chia seeds. Combine it till Spirulina powder is dissolved. Colour of pudding would depend on the quantity of spirulina added.

In coconut shells or bowls, divide chia pudding into two equal portions. Add toppings as you like. Serve
