I am such a baffled person when it comes to decide breakfast for the day.  I am never able to determine breakfast meals in advance.  As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it need to be based on specific requirement for each person in family. This year I am following healthy breakfast ritual every morning. So far it is going well. Today’s recipe is simple overnight Spirulina Chia seeds pudding breakfast. It’s full of nutrients and protein require to start a healthy day. I will be sharing more breakfast recipes with you in coming days so keep watching the space.

So what are the health benefit in this pudding ?

Spirulina is very good for health. Spirulina is a natural “algae” (cyanbacteria) powder that is incredibly high in protein and a good source of antioxidants, B-vitamins and other nutrients. But always remember that Spirulina should be taken in small quantity.

Chia seeds are well-known superfood. They are rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Fruits, of course, add fibre and gives natural sweetness to the pudding. However, you can try any topping for your pudding.
