How to make green coconut chutney recipe for dosa in 5 minutes
Nariyal chutney recipe also known as coconut chutney recipe is one of the most common chutney recipe prepared at our home. So in this post I very frequently used coconut and nariyal interchangeably. It is zesty, appetizing and savoury in taste.
Indian nariyal chutney is most commonly used with dosa and idli. It enhances the flavour of any recipe. This recipe of coconut chutney is very easy to prepare at home. If you have ingredients available , which mostly are in any Indian kitchenette, this dosa chutney can be made in few minutes.
In this nariyal chutney recipe I have used mint as well as coriander leaves but you can go with any one if both are not available.
For the coconut I have used the fresh grated coconut but you can also use the frozen variety which is readily available in store . And the last thing is that I have used ready made tamarind paste to make it instantly but you can make it by soak tamarind beans in hot water for 1 hour. Remove seeds of it and strain mixture to prepare tamarind pulp.
Do try it and I hope you enjoy with any dish.
